Chef BoyarVee...again... So it's Thursday night and I had a friend over for dinner. Tonight's fare was, once again, the ever popular scallops and shrimp. I chose rice with capers and bacon green beans for the assist. Tonight was a bit different though. I ditched the bacon wrapped stuff for a dish of great pan seared scallops. Take a look, yo.
