some random bits and pieces:
i wanted paula to win hell's kitchen, but danny is good too.
there was a guy at 46th street station yesterday morning wearing a tux like he thought it was a suit. the saddest part was the white shirt (with no tie) he had on under the jacket was wrinkly and obviously super cheap. it was an odd sight.
i really think we should stop at rafferty's at some point when we're up north next month.
i'm pretty pumped to go to the chatterbox tonight. we should play apples to apples.
i randomly decided in the shower last night that when i get married, i want kyle to be a bridesmaidman.
i hope josh and amanda's wedding is as epic as it seems like it's going to be. i'm looking forward to seeing everybody and partying it up at sweeney's afterward. i am also excited for my 4 1/2 day memorial day weekend.
we need to get darren's car fixed for the following reasons: 1. so we can go visit my parents, my grandparents, the baxter family "cabin," and possibly even tyler in north dakota. 2. so darren trusts his car enough to drive it to work every day so he can stop carpooling with tim, who is turning into a little bitch.
i think our next major purchase will be the car repair.
i wish people who call me at work would stop bitching at me about things i have no control over, i.e. when one of my coworkers doesn't return calls, or what the box office's automated answering things says (if people call the box office before they open there's not shit they can do. they get pissed because when the thing tells them to push zero to talk to a representative, they press zero and nothing happens. i'm sorry, but the only people who can do anything about that are the people who you want to talk to, who aren't here yet)
we're planting our garden this weekend. a tomato plant (which is going in a pot), cilantro, jalepeno, dill (mostly to keep bunnies away), parsley, green peppers, some onions... i think that's it. delicious.
people are graduating this weekend. i remember when i graduated. it was awesome and obviously a little bit scary. congratulations, friends.
