you guys. when was the last time any of us posted drunk? i think i'm the only one that ever has. maybe kate once or twice. but i think it's long overdue. not really, but i'm past the point of caring. i don't really do this anymore so i might as well take advantage. or something.
we're watching dune right now, only i'm only kind of half watching. sting is in it. and patrick stewart, and the guy who played trey on sex & the city. patrick stewart is the most impressive, especially since i've touched him.
last night we went to skinner's with darren's friends/coworkers colin and tim. we only went there because it's 2 blocks away. it's the diviest of dive bars, you guys. i'd been there several times before and my opinion hasn't changed. it's a major dive but it's still more expensive than the foxx. boo.
colin sort-of-but-not-really-randomly asked me and darren if we thought we'd be getting engaged soon. true story. and after a little bit of pondering we realized that we kind of already are. we've both asked each other a few times and the answer has always been yes. so, hey guys, i'm getting married.
just kidding, mostly. although when we do get married i'm going to have an X in my name, and that's something to be jealous of.
katherine finally learned about my dad last night. brutal. you guys, it's so weird to have to tell people about that. but i laughed, just like i always do. i think i do it because that's what i do in awkward situations. that and i feel bad because it's not that big of a deal to me. i mean, it's just a fact of my life. and it is a big deal but i've gotten used to is at as a simple fact.
we're looking at an apartment on monday. this one. i hate moving because it involves having to come up with a security deposit. pain. in the. ass.
i should pay attention to this movie.
