just a few notes:
- according to kristen's facebook status, she's scheduled to have the baby on tuesday. i assume that means they're inducing labor. what it does mean is that jeremy is going to be a father on tuesday. i can't think of anything more "omfg" worthy. i'm having a hard time wrapping my head around it. jeremy. baby. oh my...
- i have a pet peeve ("pet peeve" is a weird term) regarding bus ettiquette. there were a LOT of people on the 84 this afternoon and it drove me insane when there would be like a five-person-sized gap that didn't get filled, and a bunch of riders would be crammed together in the front, just because some d-bag was too stupid to move back. i effing hate that. i think it's because so many of them were state fair jerks who don't usually use public transportation and therefore didn't realize what was up. still... i was perturbed. but i'm over it now.
- who calls their lawyer at 4:00 on a friday? especially when it's a holiday weekend. seriously. i mean, i realize business hours are until 5 (and actually eric is there on phones until 6, but i never tell anyone that), but come on. it's FRIDAY.
- it's looking like a pretty low-key weekend. going to pequot didn't work out, so probably i'll spend a lot of time doing nothing. eric's parents are in town so i'm sure he won't be iaround too much, and kyle and stephanie are gone, so... me and the cats. probably axel's saturday night with the cannedys, maybe the fair sunday, hopefully drinking for brian's birthday. other than that, though, i got nothin' and i'm okay with it.
three day weekend, oh hell yeah.
