Things I Like: ⁃ Biting into apricots ⁃ good music ⁃ miniature things ⁃ little things with lots of character ⁃ open, endless conversations that dance around ⁃ contacting someone you used to think the world of ⁃ telling people how much you love them, and why they're great ⁃ realizing something through a dream ⁃ learning something new about yourself ⁃ feeling peaceful ⁃ funny things ⁃ generating energy ⁃ expecting to teach and learning instead ⁃ logical thinking ⁃ hot chocolate when it's cold out ⁃ cute characteristics about a person ⁃ meeting/knowing who's the type songs and movies are written about ⁃ family resemblances ⁃ the fact that family is a life long bond ⁃ doing what you love for a living and still loving it ⁃ remembering little things about a person ⁃ the infinite potential of wikipedia ⁃ reading something that genuinely interests you ⁃ languages ⁃ easter island statues ⁃ unspoken connections ⁃ feeling good about yourself ⁃ little kids who you know are so much more brilliant than you'll ever be, and who are destined for great things ⁃ passing notes just to make someone laugh ⁃ lightening the mood ⁃ being in sync with someone ⁃ not needing to explain yourself ⁃ mystery and the fact that there are always things you don't know ⁃ really happy old people ⁃ teenagers who respect their grandparents ⁃ being so excited to see somebody you forget about everything else ⁃ realizing that other people find your normal strange ⁃ other people describing you accurately ⁃ making new traditions ⁃ making history ⁃ having the time and spirit to get lost ⁃ making new friends and meeting new people ⁃ when people are excited to met you ⁃ little similarities with complete strangers ⁃ just smiling at somebody, not saying anything ⁃ small town communities ⁃ simple pictures of people you'll never know ⁃ making people laugh ⁃ giving people presents ⁃ having hundreds of people around but still being alone with somebody ⁃ large groups of complete strangers connecting over something moving ⁃ carnivals in other countries ⁃ simply only wanting the absolute best for somebody ⁃ accomplishing a goal ⁃ life long friendships ⁃ conversations with no pause or hesitation ⁃ feeling tired, full, and happy after a good meal ⁃ having healthy relationships ⁃ everybody's personal smell ⁃ soft sheets ⁃ smooth skin ⁃ relaxing in the pool ⁃ being independent ⁃ walking the whole way to your destination ⁃ trivia (questionably useless) ⁃ incredibly popular songs meant for one person ⁃ nostalgia ⁃ waking up to the smell of breakfast ⁃ scratching that itch ⁃ knowing the answer ⁃ learning the answer ⁃ having a message waiting for you that you can't wait to respond to ⁃ those songs that everybody knows but nobody has ⁃ making a new noise ⁃ middle names ⁃ liking something that's good for you ⁃ the smell of jasmine ⁃ big fields of tall, wispy grass ⁃ learning something new about somebody ⁃ when things play out even better than you'd imagined ⁃ fun little secrets in public places ⁃ myspace surveys ⁃ surprise visitors ⁃ really soft hair ⁃ feeling what you're singing ⁃ a few lines from all of your favorite songs collected for no reason ⁃ making up song, artist, and album names or non-existant music ⁃ mixtapes ⁃ secret passage ways ⁃ cool old houses ⁃ making lists (obviously) |
