It's my half-birthday and I'm feeling happy.

I've been listening to Sandalwood and Hell Yeah all day.

Ani's saying, I like you so much. Lisa's saying, I'm trying to keep cool, but.

And I'm contenting my way through the songs.

New meme. Okay, I don't know if it's new, but I haven't seen this before, so.

My ten canonical ships. )

My ten almost, maybe, sort of canonical ships. )

My ten WTF? ships. )

[ETA: Because I change everything all the time, this list is bound to randomly change. Like, now.]

I ACCOMPLISHED THINGS TODAY.

I've got so much energy right now. It feels amazing. I didn't actually start doing anything until around four, mostly because I slept until one-thirty. But the sleep felt good. I've been having good dreams the past two nights.

My dad and I had dinner. I really miss my dad when we don't see each other as much, the way it was the past couple of weeks. Even though the time apart made me see that we really don't know much about each other's daily lives, I like my dad. I like the way he tries new things, even when he's clueless about them. I like the way he sneezes the same way my grandma always did. I like the way he is with money, the way he spends his time.

I cleaned Agnes after dinner. Picked up all the trash. Moved the seats forward and back, got underneath them. Collected the CDs that had been scattered. I sorted the change. Carried the trash to the cans on the side of the house.

Then I came inside and wrote Kristin an e-mail, letting her know I was going to do my homework for a couple of hours. Then! I worked on my Statistics. It was amazing. I understood everything and the work wasn't too dull. It was content, writing out the answers. But then I got to a lesson I didn't understand and the more I tried, the more deeply confused I became. So. I hope my math tutor has beefed up on her studies in the last week. Because I need some help! The french was easier. I did a packet on relative pronouns.

Started cleaning my room, too. But that will have to wait for either tomorrow night or Friday morning. It'll be clean before Kristin gets here, but maybe not too much before. I promised myself that if I get up in the morning and take another stab at understanding the Statistics, then I can go and get my hair done. It's getting too shaggy for my tastes.
