We were chillin and talking and stuff, and all of the sudden these 2 guys start fighting. Got a little bored so I wrote up the band's bio [21 Oct 2003|12:01pm] [ mood | awake ] [ music | Misfits - Halloween ] Well, it all started with me(John) with hopes of starting a punk band. I was solo for a while on bass and vocals I had about 3 done originals and a bunch of lyrics. I started talking to Hash who at that time was the drummer for the Discards, he came up to me one day and said he knows a good guitarist, so then Tony came into the picture. Me(John)-Vocals, Bass Tony-Guitar Hash-Drums,Back-up Vocals Our first practice was decent. We only did one of my originals which we don't do anymore,The Draft, and a bunch of covers Unseen, Ramones, just some basic shit. So then we needed a name, we called ourselves "Kamikaze" until we could find a better one. I quit the band for about 30 Minutes and decided to join back in. We needed a new singer so we find Reed. He was a good singer but not what we were looking for. He'll play a part in NxS later on. Reed-Vocals,2nd Guitar Me-Bass,Back-up Vocals Tony-1st Guitar Hash-Drums,Back-up Vocals About 3 days before JB came in the band we change the name to No Security(Chaos UK). Me and JB decided to switch up on some songs JB-Vocals/Bass ME-Bass/Vocals Tony-Guitar Hash-Drums,Back-up Vocals JB WAS PHENOMENAL! He has a great singing voice and powerful lyrics to back it up This is When we were at our peak performance. We scored a split deal with Valiant Death Records with our good friends The Treason from Williamsburg. We find Tommy who is a pretty good drummer, and makes us even better. Hash goes to 2nd Guitar JB-Vocals/Bass,Back-up Vocals Me-Bass/Vocals,Back-up Vocals Tony-1st guitar Hash-2nd Guitar,Back-up Vocals Tommy-Drums Tony quits, I don't remember why, all I know is that it was my fault. JB quits the band after about 4 or 5 months being into it and we go downhill Reed joins as our new bassist so we decide on a numerous ideas and this is what it came down to: Me-Vocals Reed-Bass,Back-up Vocals Tony-1st Guitarist Hash-2nd Guitarist,Back-up Vocals Tommy-Drums Tommy quits for a couple of hours because of a dispute with him and hash Tommy Joins back. Me-Vocals Reed-Bass,Back-up Vocals Tony-1st Guitarist Hash-2nd Guitarist,Back-up Vocals Tommy-Drums Now we are working hard for a debut full length titled, "Up The Streets"(Working title).
