So the last few days have been pretty cool, and since i'm at a real computer, i'ma gonna acctually update this thing!
So Friday night, Steph Paylor and I went to the coffee shop in town to be CIP's (Christians in Public) so we got dinner and read our bibles and talked and listned to some guy playing guitar sing about being really drunk in west virginia. Sooo then we drove out to the restaraunt where jes works and we helped her wrap silverware for a while. then i went home and stayed up late talking to missy online because she is just that cool.
so then saturday, i slept till 9, slobbed around on the couch till 10:30, then pretened to clean my room for a while and then i slobbed some more until aunt karen came to pick me up at 1 to go with her and grandma to get gus' picture taken at petsmart. While ak took grandma back to mcconnellsburg, i was just chillin with gus here in mercersburg and kenny called and said that alanna had just called the house in mcconnellsburg and she was in hagerstown. Ken said she went to petsmart looking for me, so i got her cell phone number and called her and we decided that we would meet for dinner the next day when she came to mercersburg to pick up her brother who was at custers house. Soooo i spent the rest of the night watching Charlies Angels Full Throttle and a Reno 911 marathon.
so today, i had chruch bright and early where I did the call to worship, the call to confession, the assurance of pardon, and sang the anthem and the offeratory. or however its spelled. and then i hung out at the house and cried to my parents about my job and then i went to dad's shop and helped him put together his new bandsaw and then i came back over to mercersburg. I met alanna and her mom at school and we wandered around and looked at the new fountain and the crazy mushrooms growing on the quad until connor arrived. Connor, dave and his friend cory all decided to go explore campus some, so the rest of us went down to mckinstry's to see if it was open, and of course it wasnt. So eventually alanna, connor, their mom, and i all went to milky way where we hung out and heard old ladies say crazy things.
All in all, it wasn't a bad weekend.
