no but it does induce jealousy and insecurity in a lot of cases.
cheating is anything with physical contact with another person who you could potentially be attracted to/of the sex you are attracted to.. i.e. kissing, sex, etc.

1 great friend for sure.

Uhmmm see that's a situational circumstance. If he doesn't care or he's a fucking douche, then sure. But if you're still friends and it can potentially hurt him and your friendship then no. Honestly I'd say no overall cos that's just a touchy area/subject/situation, etc.
