It's not so much a drunken scene as it is the morning after scene:
Garden State where Andrew wakes up and sees Tim dressed as a knight walking through the kitchen. Then later Tim tells him he has "Balls" written on his forehead. And about 3 or 4 scenes after, you see him going through the CAT Scan machine & he's got permanent marker all over him. Classic.
