Blah. MTV sucks. Still making me out to be a pretty pretty princess who dies if she sees a spill on the floor. *rolls my eyes* Geezus! That's just insane! I think I'll egg the building in NYCe-mail them a mean complaint. *nods*
Can anybody just tell them to shut the hell up and portray me right? *shakes my head* Its a shame...a lowdown dirty shame.

Hey everybody. *waves* Excuse me if I seem depressed, but I'm not too happy with the way mine and Nick's show is going. They're making me out to be this "princess" that doesn't even know how to do laundry! I mean, I know how to cook, clean, and do everything that a married woman does, that's if I was married, which I'm not.
*Pooches out my lip and types* I mean, do ya'll think I'm a pretty pretty little princess that doesn't know how to do anything? I DO know how to do things that a wife does. It just confuses me, ya know? *tilts my head and takes a deep breath* And, to be frank, I hate the way I'm being portrayed.
Its got to get better......its just got to.

Slips off my flip-flops and sits on my bed, clicking on the dial-up icon and waits for the connection to establish, then logs into my journal*
Hello again everyone. *smiles tiredly* Just got back from Palm Springs today. Did the Miss Teen USA pagent last night. Did everyone see me? *laughs* Nick was there, my "husband". *chuckles* He's a hottie though..a MAJOR hottie. Did you see the way he was looking at me? *fans self* Lordy, he looked sexy! Those girls were so beautiful, weren't they?
Well, mine and Nick's show starts next week on MTV. A day in the life of "newleyweds". *chuckles once again* That's just funny, me married. *shakes my head* An interesting idea, but no, not yet. *taps my fingertips on the edge of the laptop*
Well, my cd comes out Tuesday. *smiles nervously* My first new cd in 2 years. I'm kinda nervous about it. I want everyone to like it. I hope they like it as much as I liked making it. *crosses fingers*
Well, gotta go. Nick and I are meeting up for coffee. *grins*

Mr. Lachey and I are busy promoting our new cds. See, everyone's got this crazy idea that we're married. Its cause of that famed wedding picture of us on our "wedding day". *laughs evily* We got them good. Heck, he's fine, but we ain't married. Shoot...
Anyhow...I guess that's all for now. I'll be preforming on Miss Teen USA pagent Tuesday night. That'll be fun. I always thought about being a pagent queen. *smiles and tilts my head*

Between my new single, my new album, which is set for release August 19th, my new video, which is out right now, its enough to drive a Texas girl crazy. *chuckles softly* Eh, but when you look at the whole picture, its all worthwhile. *smiles with satisfaction*

It started with a nice, long, relaxing soak in the hottub. We had a nice conversation....*smiles and runs my fingers through my blonde hair, biting my bottom lip*

We were just so into each other...and it felt really good too. It was a little experimentation that we both needed. It was definitely a long time coming for me.

Well, last night, I went with Eminem and Hailie to see "Finding Nemo". Hailie's so adorable, she was sittin there giggling and stuff through the whole movie. *sigh* Em's done such a great job raising her. *nods and sips my coffee*
I gave Hailie some Elmo stuffed animals. *grins* I think she likes them. *tilts my head* Had fun hanging out with Em, too. And yes, due to the contrary, I do my own housework. *chuckles softly*
Well, I'm off to the studio now. Gotta do some last minute touches. Then I'm coming back and washing clothes. Lovely life I lead, huh? *smirks*

*Finds a Starbucks and walks inside, orders a frappachino, and sits down at the bar, sipping it and looking around at the hotties passing me by, pointing to each one and going "boxers...briefs...bikinis...comando...."*
*Soon finishes my frappachinio and walks back outside and down the street, disappearing into the crowd.*
