Now - 1:15: Reading Hotel de Dream and/or psych ch. 8 (with outlinage)
1:30 - 2:00: Gym! Weights.
2:15 - 3:45: Music hw @ Music building
4:00 - 4:30: Gym! Cardio.
4:30 - 5:30: Back2Dorm, Psych outlinage and chilling
5:30 - 7:30: Dinner happening when I'm hungry.
8:00 - 9:00: BACK to music building for clarinet practicing!
9:00 - Whatever AM: ALL OTHER HW.
So I'm pretty sure my optimal sleeping amount is 7 hours. For the first time in awhile, I allowed myself to go to bed whenever and wake up when I would wake up. I freaked out, because I swore it was 12 or 1 when I woke up, because I felt well rested. It was 9:50!! I went to sleep at 3 AM.
