Up to 152.5 on gym scale but hopefully that's because I'm gaining muscle. I did increase my weights on most machines.
(everything I do is three sets of eight reps)
after two weeks: free weights (biceps): 15 lbs (from 12.5) quad/butt pusher: 180 lbs (from 160) calf lift thing: 70 lbs (from 60) quad lift thing: 70 lbs (from 60) arm pull crap (triceps): 50 lbs (from 40/30) pull-down (lats/arms): I don't remember. 60 or 70 lbs. (From 50 or 60) Death Machine: 50 lbs (from 30)
Today I did my cardio. Twenty two minutes on the treadmill, medium and consistent jogging pace. It was around two miles. I could have probably gone 2.5 miles before needing to slow my pace. It's so much easier, fitness wise, to run on a treadmill. I can barely run 15 minutes at the same pace on my route at home. Because my route at home has hills and sand and high grass and heat and allergens.
Unfortunately, it's so boring to not be running anywhere! And I forgot my ipod. So boring. But not as boring as the stationary bike. I used one at home to train for soccer when my ankle wasn't strong enough for running. Worst thing ever.
