Working [13 Aug 2007|09:09pm]
Boo 7 hour shifts. Summa time is running out. I need to get things done. Things that need to be done:

1. Figuring out roommate stuffs and who will bring what stuffs.
2. beating FF XII. Dear god I love side quests too much.
3. deposit money
4. annual $300 shopping spree.
5. WEBER CONCERTO.
6. Those 20 lbs that can be magically lost in only a month.


I have no practical time to practice. Whenever I want to, it's too late (parents). I am the most unmorning person ever, so I pretty much wake up early enough to get dressed, eat breakfast, and leave for work. When I get home, I eat dinner almost immediately, and then at 7 I usually workout until 8ish, which is too late for practicing. BOO.


I miss my old metabolism. I really truly think that I really screwed my body up this year at school. I was so sick all the time, my metabolism was destroyed, I never ate and I always felt horrible. I'm going to probably get some tests done to make sure everything is okay. Because normally, I would have shed the weight by now. I'm eating perfectly normally and working out every day. I'm never sitting down because the farm market is a constant-motion job! But I'm still at 150 lbs.

And, here's what I usually eat:
Breakfast:
Cereal - corn flakes, cheerios, or frosted mini wheats, with milk, obviously.
Lunch:
sliced-bread (white or wheat) sandwich with turkey or ham, cheese, and lettuce. Water or lemonade for a drink. Two pickles as a snack.
Snackings:
(any grouping of the following):
-raw stringbeans (a few handfuls a day)
-one or two bananas
-diet coke (maybe twice a week)
-raw broccoli sometimes
-at least 32 oz. of water per afternoon.
-a bag of chips once or twice a week
-Tasty Kake chocolate cupcakes (I need these.) three times a week.
-miscellaneous berries (I can't wait for blackberries to come in).
Dinner:
Anything my mother makes. One helping. Usually a meat with one or two sides of vegetables, and a tall glass of SKIM milk.



Seriously! What is making me gain weight! THE TASTY KAKES? I should be able to burn them off with my workouts anyway!
