Today was soccer camp from 8-11. It wasn't as bad as expected, though still not the most fun thing ever.
First hour was fitness, which for some reason made my stomach hurt real bad. It was not too intense. Second hour was ball work/heading drills, the latter of which caused me to almost cry (the ball hit my nose) but laugh at the same time. Third hour was scrimmage against Gloucester Catholic, which was actually (surprisingly) easy. I did okay.
I came home and ate about 4 tacos before sophia and billy came over to scream the afternoon away, at 12:30.
Mom got me Fahrenheit 451, the Honors English summer reading book. I've gotten through...about a third of the book so far. It's not bad.
The other day lenny and I went exploring in the circa-1930s town that has some remains in the woods behind the farm, except we went the wrong way and ended up on somebody else's property. I was running to try to get back and did not see the thigh-level wire fence that I flipped subsequently over, giving me two major bruises on my thighs and a thing on my head. We didn't find anything.
Right now I'm incredibly disgruntled.
