I woke up today to the harmonious sound of the phone...it was dad! Telling me we had to pack peppers today after all!
Thankfully, I didn't have to do it for four hours because I had clarinet lessons at 3.
Clarinet Lessons - went surprisingly well, although we didn't work on the 2nd movement of the solo as I'd hoped. He couldn't get over how well in tune I was (except stupid f sharp), which made me happy. It was a brand new reed. I bought them at the store before my lesson. It was actually decent. So I did pretty well on the first movement, although we didn't finish because Joe was chatting it up about him and his friend as young children, working on the farm.
Soccer - I'm not out of shape compared to everyone else, but I lunged which earns everyone a sprint. *is loved*
In my head, for the first time...I know how to get to 55 from my house. And clarinet lessons too (I think). I didn't drive today, but I think I'll do it next week!

I might get my own bank account, and a mac card....which scares me.
I also might get my hair highlighted. I'm not sure. I'm one of those au natural people when it comes to hair. As in NO CHEMICALS OR ANYTHING EVER. And I'm afraid. What if it looks ugly? and...I don't want to make a commitment like that (since they have to be redone a lot). But at my family party I was all "hey I might want to get highlights" and me-mom was like "okay, we'll schedule it next wednesday!!" I love that about her, she does things...immediately. I told her I wanted to see shrek 2 and she's like OKAY WHEN ARE YOU AVAILABLE LET'S GO!!!!
Soccer remains a very iffy subject. I dread it and hate it every moment EXCEPT when I'm there, in the game. I guess that's the thing that keeps me going in this sport. And it never hurts to be well-rounded. I walked into B.H. Music today in my soccer garb with my clarinet, and I felt like a very well-rounded person.
I want to be cool and do a summer college thing next summer. I got this awesome music thing that I would've done if it were not so concentrated on jazz performance. Or really expensive. But I mos def want to do something like that.
And I WANT TO JOIN THE LITURGY BAND!!!!!!!!!!
WHO KNEW A CHEESEBURGER AT RUBY TUESDAYS WAS 1644 CALORIES and 73 GRAMS OF FAT?! They have all that info in the menu now. I'm never eating at restaurants ever again. I ordered some low-carb turkey wrap, which was only 350 calories.
I think my mom will call Louie soon.
and last but not least....
I got new headphones. They clip on my ears and make them look larger.
