I shall now go through my day class by class and tell you what I did. Then I shall evaluate that class based on what I think of it and the teacher so far.
Spanish III - I got my quiz back, 109! Yay! I was afraid that for the extra credit that she wouldn't count "la guardarropa" because I later realized it was el not la. But she still gave me 3 extra points. Then we started on memorized dialogues. This class is going well so far. It hasn't gotten too hard yet. The only thing I worry about is all of the spanish speaking she does. See, last year in Andrews' class, she talked to us in english all the time. But oh well. Capitulo 1 es facil. *too lazy to add the accent marks* Too bad it's 1st period and I am dead.
English - We are starting to read the Epic of Gilgamesh, which is super duper old. Please forgive my dorkosity. This class is interesting so far. She makes you think and then randomly calls on you. I hate that, but it's ok so far. English was my worst class last year but this year I think it will be...
Biology! - Yes, this class will mos def be my worst class, since the highest he grades on papers is a 94!!!!! That's barely an A! Lafferty at least gives 100's. This sucks. The biology book is for college kids, too. Skinner tends to be sorta dry. I like Geology better anyway!
Gym - Ah!! Pidcock called my name for pictures then sang "Julianne Grasso, I know all the Grasso's!" Because sadly he does. It's great being known. Only maybe it's not.
Lunch - me and Josh sit with Mirella's groupies. Whee.
W.E. - Sight-read Festivo. That's a pretty fun song, except the whole 10/8 to 7/8 to 8/8 to 2/4 to 5/4 back to 10/8 part. Sometimes I get all those 12 123's mixed up. But I somehow end up right. Somehow. MIRELLA YOU HAVE TO SEND ME INVICTUS!!!!
Study Hall - Bla. I went to band and played this period, all alone. I love how the band room makes me sound so much better than I do at home. I play better too. I haven't practiced the Concertino in like a month, but I played parts of it pretty well in there.
History - I HATE RESEARCH PROJECTS. Who cares about colonial North Carolina? No one except all those people that care, which does not include me. I hate projects. At least I'm not working with a total boron.
Geometry - one of those things where I know I'll have a tough time, just because it takes me awhile to understand. I don't like looking at things at different angles/3D like. Algebra is so much easier to me.
WHEN WILL G AND T START!? AND BAND LESSONS!?!?! CLASSES SUCK.
Soccer - I was SOOO DIRTY TODAY. The whole practice was volleying/dribbling/juggling/heading so my legs were totally covered in mud, and so were my head and arms. I don't think I've ever been that dirty.
I ate out with my grandparents at the point 40 diner. Ate manicotti. It was good.
My head STILL hurts from soccer, mom wants me to stop heading the ball or whatever because of brain damage. Bla. I am so tired again.
