Oh the buttress of it all [18 Sep 2003|07:53pm]
With soccer and homework, it's increasingly hard to update. Soccer's everyday until 5:30 or longer for games, then I shower and eat. Then at 6:30 (at the earliest) I'll start homework, of which HISTORY is sooo durn long. Then at 7:30 I'll kill myself. Last night I conked out at 8:30, with 1/8 of my homework finished. Today was my tiredest day of this school year.

On the happity up side, I did pretty well in soccer. I actually made some good plays I think. Which is a def improvement. The day before was practice and we decided to run in the peach orchard. I had a stomach cramp from too little water so I was lagging behind everyone else. Lauren was still running with me and I told her I'm allergic to peaches, and that my throat was starting to close up a bit. All of a sudden it just totally closed completely and I was like crying and dying, very fun. I hate when your throat closes up and you just automatically cry. But anyway....we got out of the orchards and I was fine. End of story.

Today, school was NOT cool. I was so incredibly tired and I got 9 hours of sleep. I had to do my history in study hall and it took the whole period which meant I still had geometry. So I had to stoop low for a bit and get some answers off lauren. Thank you lauren, you saved my geo-ass. Then I find out soccer is not cancelled even though this hurricane is coming and NJ declares a state of emergency. So, we ran inside the school, then Triola yelled at us and we went outside in the wind and rain (but it felt good) until 3:30 when we came inside and stretched and talked for a bit and mom randomly asking matozzo if she could "take" me. Freakin out because I didn't call her before practice. Ah, I forgot.

Yeah, I'm pretending I'm actually researching this history project. Projects suck. Invictus (the unconquered) is awesome though. It's great to be of wind ensemble goodness.
