new habits, old stuff
Another short entry- perhaps this is becoming a habit? I'm not sure if this is a good or bad habit. I'm acquiring a few odd habits lately. I have a bit of a thing for chips at the moment- from those weird gourmet lime and black pepper ones to good ol' Cheezels. Yum.
You know how I was writing about my dreams coming true yesterday? Well, it was all meant to be a secret. The secret was that, after the exhibition, a few really cool and nice industry people told me that they were interested in my work. But I can't say who they were until stuff starts happening with them. That's just me not wanting to speak too soon. Anyway, I told a couple of friends and hoped that they wouldn't tell anyone. Then I walk into uni today, and all these people I didn't tell were like, "Congratulations!" It was really nice, actually.
Today was the day our exhibition closed. We had to go in and take things down, move tables and get rid of all the sticky tape on the walls- that sort of thing. It was also our last day at uni. It doesn't feel like the end for me, though. I guess that's because I'm still doing design work for various people. And I'll always be making stuff.
I'm so hungry at the moment! Oh- it's 6:15pm- that's CHIP TIME! I think I'll go for the gourmet ones again today. You know, my aunt Anne eats chips for BREAKFAST. And chocolate, as well! I'm not sure if that's cool or just gross. |
