rock chicks rock!
Everything is uni, uni, uni lately! I spent yesterday working on my dissertation. I taped pretty much all of "Rage" (minus 2 hours or something), and yesterday I went through a couple of hours of it to see if there were any video clips featuring scenes from parties. So far I have found four. I was very good, too! I didn't get distracted, and only stopped doing my work to watch the latest White Stripes clip (oooh...visual genius, sooo creepy) and the clip for "Who Invited You", by THE DONNAS! I totally dig The Donnas- call me a bandwagon jumper-onner, but The Donnas are AWESOME- if you ask me, rock chicks with attitude and eyeliner and microphones and electric gee-tars NEVER go out of style. Oh, and I also watched the clip from The Weekend for their song, "My 80's Rock Star". That song is awesome- how could I have not heard it before? Anyways, gotta go- am in a group meeting for my shopping mall project again. AT SEVEN AT NIGHT! AT UNI! NOOOO! It seems that every class I have been in today I haven't really BEEN there- I'm either daydreaming, late, or freaking out about how much work I have. Or, in the case of my Visual Identity class this afternoon, just really, really bored. |
