I'm really, really, really tired. Today: So far: Bfast: 2 small blueberry whole grain flax seed muffins (about 300 cals, 10g fiber, 10 g protein) Planned: Lunch: meatloaf sandwich (made with lean beef, obviously) on diet bread Snack: low fat cottage cheese with blueberries (if they're still good) Bvg: low sodium V8 Dinner: low fat veggie quiche, whole grain cous cous Dessert: low fat fudgesicle
Yesterday: Bfast: organic fat free Greek yogurt Lunch: about 1/2 breast of chicken breast, some whole grain pasta Snack: low sodium V8 Snack: low fat vanilla soy milk Snack: frozen all natural frozen fruit bar Dinner: meat loaf, brown rice, peas Dessert: low fat, low sugar ice cream bar (about 100-160 calories) Dessert2: 3 small pieces of organic dark 70% cocoa dark chocolate (about 100 calories)
AND....I did it! I ordered the Clarisonic. After months of consumer lust and research...and now that I am debt free, I have ordered it. Of course...I got it with free shipping, and I ordered the pink one so the proceeds go to breast cancer research, and I used a zillion promotion codes to get free goodies from Sephora, and I ordered it through Upromise to get money back for school (all in an obvious effort to assuage my consumer guilt), but....I ordered it! I can't wait.
Yesterday I got a ride to and from work, walked 30 mins in the concourse, and walked the dog with D for 30 minutes in the park.
On a side note, it's amazing how a person can sweat so much and still retain so much water at the same time.
I'm friggin' tired. Between D's endless coughing and her endless kicking, rolling, and other gymnastic endeavors, I think I got to bed around 4am. |
