I need a nap. Yesterday went exactly according to plan. No treats, no drinks. The only change was that I had homemade sugar free cranberry sauce instead of broccoli, but that's just swapping one veggie for another, so whatever.
I took my thirty minute walk, and I did about 20 mins of pilates and 20 mins of yoga. I realize my that my numerical annotations are inconsistent. Odd, right?
I had to use exercisetv because our dvd player still isn't hooked up because we need fancy, expensive cables to hook it to the new tv. Surprisingly, exercisetv isn't bad, but it's not as good as my dvds are. Hmph.
I called in and said I'm going in a bit late today. I exfoliated, and I'm deep conditioning and washing my hair, and then I'm going in. *shrugs* It's not a session day, so it doesn't matter.
I'm so glad it's Wednesday.
Tomorrow, we have a team meeting with our organization's new boss. She's high enough up that I will likely have little contact with her, but I...and everyone else is fairly nervous about her new position. She's known to be an intense micromanager, and everyone is afraid she's going to keep us super late for no reason among other things....plus, there have been rumblings about a reorganization, and no one is too keen on that....sooo...for all these reasons, everyone, including me, is pretty nervous about tomorrow's meeting. Ugh. *Crosses fingers*
My new assistant sort of annoys me. I can't tell if she's stupid or just naive and inexperienced. I'm going to try to reserve my judgment for a bit just in case it's the latter. I think I just got spoiled with Dave, my former assistant, because he was so smart and competant. *sigh*
Today's plan:
Bfast: banana
Lunch: veggie salad w/ lowfat dressing ots
Snack: raw broccoli
Bvg: low sodium V8
Dinner: chicken and ummm...something else maybe chicken and veggie fried rice?
Exercise: 30 minute walk, resistance band work

Bfast: organic non fat plain yogurt
Lunch:?
Snack:?
Bvg: low sodium V8
Dinner:pot roast (lean cut of beef) w/ roasted carrots, peas, and steamed brown rice
Exercise: GYM! I'm thinking cardio on the elliptical for 45 mins.
To do today:
Call doctor about referalls and appointments and stuff
Classify bills up to A.8000
Do at least five ammendments
Start reading the viatical settlement bill
