Okay so add one light 100 cal ice cream bar to yesterday's tally, and that's it.
Today I've been fairly virtuous so far. One of my officemates brought in cupcakes and offered them to everyone, and of course I said no as they were all happily munching on their confectionary treats. My halo is gleaming.
Today's plan: Bfast: 1 small banana Lunch: 1 cup vegan chilli Snack: 3 oz baby carrots Bvg: low sodium V8 Dinner: roasted turkey breast, sweet potato fritters and broccoli
So we are now experiencing one of the benefits of poverty/money saving. D and I have reached our limit for discretionary spending for the month, which means.....no more drinks! YES! I'm so happy. No drinks, and it's not even my fault. YES!
No drinks=weight loss.
This makes me happy. If I don't have any drinks for two weeks, I'm sure I'll at least lose 2...maybe five pounds. After this, we will be able to drink once, maybe twice a week, and the loss will be sustainable.
Like four people told me I look like Jackie O today.
