Busy as usual Procrastinating.
But today, I'm not going to.
Yesterday I took my 30 minute walk, did my toning bands, and went to the gym and did 40 mins of cardio. Food was questionable.
Yesterday:
Bfast: oatmeal
Lunch: salad
Snack: 1/2 odwalla shake
Dinner: brown rice, cucumber, avocado, unagi
Other stuff: 2 soy veggie nuggets
: a few spoonfulls of Ben and Jerrys ( a weakness. I haven't had B&J ice cream for years..it's to my credit I only had a tiny serving.)
: vodka and club soda.
I guess at least I worked out. Today though, no ice cream...obviously. And no food before or after dinner. No drinking tonight either because I know I'll have to drink on Friday (party) and on Saturday because I have friends coming over to visit from NYC.
Bfast: salmon pattie
Lunch: 1/4 cup peppitas & clementine
Snack: 1/2 Odwalla shake
Dinner: pot roast w/ carrots, broccoli, brown rice, and quinoa
Ugh. Ugh. Ugh.
So I used my bonus from all my back retroactive pay or whatever, and now I'm current on all my cards, but I have a little left that will be on the next statement, and most of that should be covered when I return that thing from the Gap and when I get my check from the Board of Elections, but I'm not buying anything until I return that jumper and get the check and pay off the very, very little that is left.
To Do Today at Work:

Pay bills.2.
Do toning exercises for 15 minutes.3.
Walk for 30 minutes.4.
Drink 1 liter of water.5.
Work on paper.6. Fax stuff to Dad about insurance.

Call people in California about the thing tomorrow.Tomorrow:
1. Do the two things I didn't do today.
2. Go to lame meeting.
3. Perhaps go to a second, lamer meeting.
4. Work on and finish paper.
5. Do toning bands.
6. Walk 30 minutes.
7. Drink 1 liter of water.
8. Leave work early so I can go to the mall and return the jumper, buy calcium at GNC, and buy stuff for Mug per the vet.
Speaking of Mugs and the vet, it looks like his ear infection finally cleared up! YAY!!!! *crosses fingers it doesn't come back*
Now I'm going to do
a fast 20 30 minutes of pilates and 10 mins of yoga and get cracking on my paper again.
