Ok, so today I look HOT. I just wanted to throw that out there.

So often I say negative things, so when I feel really positive about myself, I like to make an effort to say that too.

So yeah, that and a beige and white cashmere scarf. Fun times. I got hit on and honked at and stuff.

Also, I got an A on my Labor Negotiations and Conflict Resolution midterm (YES!), and I negotiated the hell out of my negotiation exercise yesterday.

In other news, remember how I was interviewing for that Insurance Committee job? Not the one I have, but the one I interviewed for before? The one that I went on and on about how perfect of a fit I was for it?

My boss offered me the job yesterday!

So now I just have to see what the guy who currently (until tomorrow) holds the job is making...because I think I want a raise. That committee is going to mean way more work and responsibility, so I think a little somethin' somethin' might be in order. I'm enjoying my current job, but I think that the other committee has way more promotion potential...it's just a way better stepping stone to other, more financially rewarding things, so I don't really feel like I can turn it down.

So yeah, that's the word on the street.

I have a presentation to do today, and I don't feel like it!

So now onto other things.
