    Today I feel FAT.

    Negative and unfun, I know.

    This weekend was so damn busy. I did some weights and toning and stretching and stuff at home, but it wasn't nearly enough.

    I'm bloated and puffy and pms y and fat, and it's gross.

    I need to cut my calories because I'm not working out enough.

    I'm really not.

    Ugh. Ugh. Ugh. Ugh.

    Friday I had company. Work was crazy busy, so I didn't end up getting out as early as I had hoped, so having company was a big pain in the ass. Saturday was all about cleaning up the house and doing school work and stuff. Sunday we had my parents over. It was just busy all around. I don't even know what else to say.

    Both dinners were good. No desserts. Hurray.

    I have a ton of school work to do, and I don't want to do it, but I don't see what's new there.

    I just want to lose my thighs. It's where I always gain and keep my weight, and it's the last place to lose, which is annoying.

    Today I'm going to drink until I float. Water, water, water, water. I'm going to try to drink 2 liters of water at work today as well as green tea. I think green tea has to make a come back here.

    Ok, so here's my anti fat plan for this week because, well, I'm fat.

    -Every morning and evening, I'll have hot lemon water.
    -Breakfast will be protien only. Either a hard boiled egg or a salmon pattie.
    -Lunch will be either vegetable soup or a salad, which will be split in half so that
    -My snack can be the other half of the salad or soup.
    - After work, 2 shots of Pom and a fish oil.
    -If I have class, I will have a low fat string cheese or a hard boiled egg at 7.
    -If I don't have class, I will eat dinner by 7 and will eat nothing before.
    -Dinner will be 2 servings protein, 2 servings of veggies, and 1 serving of whole grains. I will drink a glass of water before dinner and one during, and when I'm done, I will stop eating.
    -I will eat nothing after dinner, only tea.
    -If I'm freaking out and feel like I HAVE to eat, I can have either a hard boiled egg or a low fat string cheese or vegetables.
    -I will walk 30 minutes EVERY DAY AT WORK. In order to make sure this happens, I will do it before noon.
    -I will use my toning band that I bought to work every day for at least 15 minutes total.
    -I will do squats and plies in the bathroom at home.
    -I will do at least 10 minutes of pilates abs and stretches at home.

    This means that I will get:
    -at least 70 g of protein
    -about 5 servings of veggies
    -at least 1-2 servings of dairy
    -a serving of whole grains
    -at least 30 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of toning, and 10 mintues of abs a day
    -a whole lot of hydration

    This is going to be good.

    And...I'm going on my walk now!
