Only Tuesday???? A little less tired than yesterday.
Somehow I even managed to get to class and sit through the whole thing without falling asleep, and I count that as a minor miracle. I really do. Urgh. The professor told us that he almost canceled class that night, and I think I died a bit inside. I always fantasize about class cancelations.
I got home last night, and D and I had our crock pot dinner, and we had some wine, which was yum. I had made roast beef, potatoes, and carrots, but the potatoes were a bit under cooked, so I didn't eat any of them. Wooooo...
Because I was so damn tired, I didn't do any exercise yesterday. I just sucked.
Yesterday: Bfast: 1 cup strawberries, low fat string cheese Lunch: 1 cup homemade lentil soup Snack: 1 cup same soup Dinner: Roast beef, red wine
Also, because I was feeling a bit under the weather, I had two shots of pomegranite juice, and I think I'll do that all week. It's supposed to be super good for you and full of antioxidants, and I'm obviously a sucker for antioxidants. I feel like I'm on the edge of getting sick, and I just don't want to, so I'm going to take it a little bit easy. Lots of water, lots of water, lots of veggies, green or white tea every day, that sort of thing.
I look tres cute today. Fab brown boots...they look sort of like cognac colored riding boots...camel colored skirt, falls slightly above knee, a line, navy, v neck close fitted sweater, silver bangle, cute big brown bag. Annnnd, it's a size 2 skirt. It's not a huge triumph because it's one I've never not fit in, but I'm glad it's not tight, especially after last week. I'll take what I can get.
Ladies, I look hot today. Dare I say, I even look skinny???
I squeezed in a thirty minute weight workout this morning. I did 3 sets of 12 of upper body exercises. I did bench press, bent rows, military press, bicep curls, tricep extensions, reverse flies, and crunches on the ball. Yay upper body! I have a meeting at 2pm *yawn*. I'm going to do reading for class from now until 2, and then I'm going to the meeting, which I expect to end by 3, and then I'm going for my 30 minute walk, and then I'm going to do 30 more mins of reading, and then I'm going home so I can go to class.
Today: Bfast: diet toast w/ whipped cream cheese and lox Lunch: 1 cup strawberries, low fat string cheese Snack: a few pieces of roasted turkey breast, 2 shots pom juice Snack: low fat string cheese Dinner: homemade lentil soup, turkey burger on diet bread
I have to remember to take the chicken out of the freezer.
Tomorrow: Bfast: 1 cup strawberries, low fat string cheese Lunch: 1 cup lentil soup Snack: turkey breast Dinner: marinated, grilled chicken breast, salad, whole grain starch
Okay, and now it's time to do some reading for class.
Oh yeah, and from this week until my birthday (nov 8), I have class 3x a week instead of 2. Woooo hoooooo. |
