Tales of a disastrous diet weekend Wow, this weekend's been bad diet-wise.
Friday we went out for Bill's birthday to the Hill Street, where I ordered a chicken sandwhich and lite beer. Unfortunately, an ungodly amount of wings and fried food was consumed. Gah. It probably wasn't as bad as I thought it was, but still, it wasn't good. At least I ran for 30 minutes that day and ate light before hand.
On Saturday, which was actually Bill's birthday, I did weights at home for about forty minutes, and I had a really good workout. I did a bunch of abs on the ball too, and I ate light throughout the day. Unfortunately, Bill wanted pizza for dinner, and pizza is my diet nemesis. Pizza is absolutely my diet weakness. I don't give a damn about candy, chips, dessert, ice cream, cookie, or any of that other crap. Omg, I ate so much pizza and grease. I blotted the pizza; I didn't eat the top part of the crust, and I drank
so much water in an effort to flush all the sodium. Still, it was disgusting. ACK!!!!! I guess at least I exercised, but still.
Today, I'm doing 45 mins on the elliptical, and I'm doing pilates, and I'm going to eat like a saint all day. Ugh.
