    Time Event
    4:50p
    Cramps suck.

So...I'm on this chamomile tea experiment. Supposedly drinking a cup of chamomile tea a day helps to lessen cramps, and I'd have to say, I had a bit of relief. It's not as bad as last time, but it's not completely better, so....I guess that's good?

I can't believe I'm back at work today.

I so don't feel like being here. There's just nothing to do.

Eating down in LI sucked. I swear, I've had like ten grams of fiber and two servings of vegetables in the last five days, and my digestive system is a mess.

Should I even bother to go on about it?

    Errrr...let's see.

Sunday, went down to the graduation party, which was very, very boring. The food was vile because his aunt is an attrocious cook. I avoided all of the chips and cookies like the plague. I ate a little of the yucky sausage and peppers, without bread, and half a turkey sandwhich, with only half the bread, so I ate very little. I didn't eat the cake. Seriously, it was too hot, and I just couldn't eat anything sweet. The event was nice; it was an out door bbq sort of affair, but without any bbq, which was weird. We left that party and headed to Brooklyn to visit Donielle, who is now living with her Dutch boyfriend, who was out of town. We stopped by the place they now share, and we hung out for a bit before heading out for dinner. She is still ridiculously thin. She's weirdly thin. She has the most impossibly small frame ever. I mean seriously, the day after, I saw her in a bkini, and no ribs were showing, but I doubt she weighs 95 lbs, and she's 5'6. She's just....small. Anyway...mild segway there. We went out for dinner. I had fish. No bread. No dessert. Nibbled on some healthy apps. Then, the drinking began. Wine with dinner. Then on to this cute, charming bar with a drunk eastern european bar tender who gave us a free round of drinks. First round was mojitos; second round was improvised capirinhias (spelled all wrong); third was the same; fourth round we mistakenly told our drunken bartender that we trusted her completely so that round was some form of watermelon tequila concoction and a shot of ....something. After that, or the round after that...we left, quite tipsy...obviously. We decided to stop at a bodega to get provisions for the next day's breakfast. So imagine, me and Donielle, one in recovery...the other...questionable...both of us at least a tad orthorexic, rumaging through the world's healthiest bodega, shit faced, trying to plan a breakfast.

We bought: StonyField Farms low fat plain organic yogurt, vanilla soy milk, Odwalla Berry Omega 3 Juice, Koombacha (more on this later...), organic blueberry pancake mix, and coffee. This came to like $50. Love it. You can have anything you want in NYC, wherever you want it, whenever you want it, but you damn well know you're gonna pay for it.

Then we went to her place, and gin drinks were mixed. So let's think. We had wine at the house (forgot to mention that), wine at the restaurant, then rum, then tequilla, and then gin.

Anyhow, we ended up smoking hookah and reading tarot cards until I noticed the sun was coming up, and wisely decreed that we should all go to bed like good children. It was about 5am. We had a fantabulous time.

It's been a long time since I partied until 5am.

And waking up at noon did not feel good. That was quite possibly the most vicious hang over I've had in awhile. Donielle and I...were like zombies, but D, weighing about as much as she and I weigh combined, was quite chipper. He made us breakfast, while we stared at him, vacant eyed, motionless, and nauseous, as we tried as hard as humanly possible to keep perfectly still.

I decided, unwisely, that it might be a good idea to drink one of the juice drinks that we had drunkenly purchased the night before to aid our recoverly...Kombucha. It's a fermented guava juice. http://www.gtskombucha.com/synergy.html The Guava Goddess one. It purported to be...very...healthy. Full of...probiotics, cultures, amino acids, and um...other stuff. And let me tell you...that shit tasted fermented...and acidic and utterly revolting to my pooor abused stomach, which was in a very questionable, tumultuous state. Urgh.

Poor D. He put so much effort into those pancakes. It took us about an hour to eat one because each bite seemed like the one that would put us over the edge.

My recovery period was a bit rushed though, because D wanted to see his friends, so I had to force my carcass into the shower, dress, and get on with it, which I did, although the process wasn't pretty at all.

We visited his friends. They were nice. Their roommate, who was recently committed, wasn't there. That was unfortunate because I was curious.

Then we went to Long Island to see his parents. We ate....something. We ate...? At a diner. I ate...something. I ate a chicken gyro and a greek salad and no dessert. We went thome.

The next day we went to the beach. It was very overcast and hazy, which was really disappointing because all I wanted was some sun. (Of course now that I'm away from the beach, it's all sunshine and blue skies. GR. Now that I'm at work! ) Anyhow, we met Donielle and Riel (her boyfriend) at the beach, and that was fun. Afterwards, we stopped at an Irish pub for some fried crap and some Guinness. Then we went to LI and ate Italian heroes with his parents. I had chicken. Woo..

Yes, I was in a bikini in front of my super skinny friend. I didn't hide, stay in my clothes, or call sick or make excuses. Go me?

Then, the next day, (I'm too lazy to name actual days) we went to the pool, where there again was no sun. Then we had lunch with his mom (sandwhiches-MORE white bread), and then we drove home, which took 3,247,912 hours, which is like 1,537 hours longer than normal. Then we got home, and we ate Chinese buffet, which was super healthy of course...NOT. *dies*

Then it was today, and I had to go to work, and it's beautiful out.

Also, I cannot find my passport, which sucks because I want to go to Mexico, but it doesn't suck as bad as I thought, because now I don't need a passport to go to Mexico...at least until September, but it means I have to apply, and that's annoying because I know I'll find my passport as soon as I apply for the new one. Way annoying. It'll just...appear.That's the way things are with me. I can always find other people's stuff...always....anyone's stuff...but mine. As soon as I misplace a damn thing, no one can help me, and it appears as soon as I replace the lost item.

    Annoying!

Anyways, I'm trying to be incredibly healthy.

Tons of produce and FIBER...and water...and decaf tea...and everything.
    Today:
    Bfast: kefir, strawberry, blueberry smoothie
Lunch: salad w/ veggies, black beans, grilled chicken, salsa, fat free cheese, and low fat dressing.
    Dinner: ?????
And I'm going to the gym.

I'm so bloated I could die.

    And cramps suck.

    The end.
