    Time Event
    1:23p
So, today I'm bored beyond the telling of it.

I think I'm pretty much done with all the stuff I need to do, and it's only Tuesday.

Yesterday work was from 9am-10:30pm, which wasn't really that bad.

Today will be worse for sure.

    It's quiet here.

I at least made sure to go for a 30 minute walk before they went in to session this afternoon, so at least I got that. It was really nice out too, which was great. I got a bit of sun and fresh air, and it was lovely. A bit o' the vitamin D...some calories burned. Unfortunately, I wore my flats, which I thought would be good shoes to walk in, but I was wrong. I have a blister on my right achiles, and my left heel hurts. Women's shoes are evil, even the ones you think will be safe....How can something so cute be so wrong?

I'm so sick of drugstore.com. I called and bitched, because email was getting me nowhere. They said they'd resend the whole order via overnight shipping. I got it a few days later (argh), and the package was wrecked, and everything in it, namely household cleaning products and the like, were wrecked and had leaked all over the package. Thankfully there was no mysterious garbage in the package, but think I figured out what the problem is. The post office recently started charging packages by their dimensions, and I noticed drugstore.com stopped using the little plastic packets of air (for lack of a better term) in their packages, and ever since then, everything liquid ends up getting destroyed in the box. They should seriously just pass the extra shipping costs on to the consumer in the form of higher shipping prices, maybe with the exception of certain customers who order the most..either way, as a customer, I want my items to arrive unbroken. How would you proceed???

    Food

Yesterday went pretty fast because I was busy all day, but today is dragging in a serious way, which sucks. No one is on gmail, and of course I don't have aim here because...well, I don't have it. Not that anyone would probably be on there anyways. BAH.

So the rumor is that tonight they will provide us with dinner. I don't want it. So the question will be...should I eat the food or should I eat what I brought with me? If I eat what I brought, I will know the cals, and I'll feel good about that because I'm still feeling pretty off after this weekend, but...I'll probably look like a psycho for not eating that crap that they order for us every year. Seriously, every year, they order the same thing from the same restaurants. It's ridiculous. Tonight, they will order from the Old Daley Inn. They will order grilled chicken, a gross rice pilaf that I refuse to eat, and a nasty iceburg lettuce salad and a bunch of dessert. Tomorrow, they will order Italian, and it will be disgusting. There will be chicken parm, eggplant parm, and ziti, and desser. On Thursday, they will order a deli sandwhich platter, which will also be disgusting. All dinners will have no veggies, aside from that nasty ass salad. Seriously, mark my words that this is what will arrive over the next three days. BLAH.

Thursday we're having an office party because it's two people's birthdays, and we're hoping it's the last day of session, although it seems more likely it will be on Friday. I'm sticking to the veggie platter, the fruit platter, and my crappy frozen meal. I'm going to walk thirty minutes at least every day this week.

    I'm going to lose weight.
So...even though I've written about it in a round about way, I'm going to formalize in a numbered list, because that is somehow better.
    1. No processed foods between 9 and 5 (can eat fruit, veggies, salad, nuts, seeds, and maybe hard boiled eggs).
    2. At least two raw servings of fruits/veggies a day.
    3. At least 50 g of protein a day.
    4. M-F either go to the gym or walk for 30 minutes, uninterrupted.
    5. When session is over, go the gym 4x a week- (1 hr pilates class 1x, 1 yoga class or whatever else 1x, cardio+lower body weights 1x, and cardio + upper body weights).
    6. Take a multi and make sure I get 100% calcium and magnesium daily.
    7. Plenty of water.

Wow...that's like...the same thing I always plan to do, but...now I'll actually have the time and the ability to do the workout part, and that...is going to be the key to losing weight without completely starving myself to death.

I'm thinking about heading over to my old office to retrieve my video game....

    Caesar?

So far I have walked 5,564 steps. If I hadn't wrecked my feet by wearing those damn shoes, I would walk some more. I want to try and get 10,000 steps every day this week if I can.

The bikini incident seriously got me.
