So yesterday I was in no mood to cook a damn thing, and we got out at ...8:00-8:30, so we decided to go out. For some reason, I have really, really been craving fatty stuff, which is so unusual, so I had a burger, and now the fat craving is gone, so I'm going to be really, really good today.
Yesterday: Bfast: 1 pc diet toast w/ lox and wh. cream cheese Lunch: maybe 1/2 c. of light homemade chicken salad made w. a bit of light mayo and a red pepper spread Snack: maybe a 1 c. strawberries Snack: a few pieces of pepperoni (gah!) Dinner: buger, fries, 2 beers, 1 vodka drink
So yeah, yesterday was bad. Weird fat craving. Boo.
Today: Bfast: 1 pc diet toast, 1 egg Lunch: banana Snack: light string cheese Snack: orange Dinner: either chicken stir fry with brown rice or chicken fajitas with low fat, low carb everything.
I'm hoping that session ends early enough that I can take a walk for thirty minutes or so, because then I won't feel so bad about everything. I want to do some upper body weights tonight and some abs on the stability ball if nothing else...and some squats.
I did deep stretching and a few crunches yesterday. Holding deep stretches is so damn relaxing.
Today, I do not look completely obese, which is pretty nice. I might be losing? Maybe? If you ask me in an hour, I will probably tell you that I am a cow. I need to clean my desk. It is a mess. |
