Good things?
Good news today!
First, I got the job! Hurray! Hurrah! Huzzah! *Tosses confettii*
Bad news: they want me to do BOTH jobs until Cheryl gets back in July. WTF??? Her ass needs to come back. I don't see why I have to bust my ass so she can get seven months off.
Second piece of good news: I'm wearing my new navy size 2 pencil skirt today, and like two weeks ago when I bought it, I was just a weeee bit too fat for it. Like it zipped, but it was too tight in the hip/thigh/butt area, and now...it's not. WOO HOOO!!!!
I don't feel like going to this meeting. *Snooooooze*
Yesterday I walked about 9,700 steps, which was surprising!
Yesterday went according to plan foodwise, except I didn't eat the orange or drink v8 or have strawberries or cantaloupe, and I had a few celebratory low calorie drinks. Calorie wise I think it balanced out...
Had:
Bfast: lox, cream cheese, no bread
Lunch: salad, hard boiled egg
Dinner: unagi, brown rice, cucumber, avocado
Bvgs: a few (2 or 3) vodka and club sodas

I walked outside today, and it was faaaabulous. I walked a bit over a mile. So far today, I've walked 6800 steps.
Food:
Bfast: lox, a bit of whipped cream cheese, no bread
Lunch at meeting: assorted raw veggies (red and green bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, and carrots) and a weeee bit of dip
Snack: veggie salad, hard boiled omega 3 egg
Snack: strawberries
Dinner: slow roasted lean red meat, red potatoes w/ skin, and broccoli

Okay, so I have to do a Met Costume Institute Gala rundown because I'm a wannabe fashionista. They should invite me and give me lots of free stuff, and I'd school all of them!

Renee Zelwegger..Finally, not another one of those damn Caroline Herrera 50s dresses. I was so sick of those. I like the color, cut, and the print.
Mary Kate- Didn't look homeless! The dress was cute and a different, more daring take on the lbd.
Sandra Bullock- Safe, but very pretty. Love the color.
Jennifer Garner- I'm loving the red, and she looks great without looking overdone. It's a bit safe though..
JLo- Hot! She's got a glam, grecian, flapperesque thing going on, and it's fresh, glam, and yet somehow not overdone. Hair and makeup are flawless.
Chloe Sevigne- I like her dress because it's green, and I'm all about green right now.
Jennifer Hudson- Pretty! Glam, without being too much. Also, I like the cut. Flattering and different this season.
Rosario Dawson- Pretty. Simple. Safe.
Kate Bosworth- Killed it! She looked sensational. <3
Kelly Ripa- Glam!
Mischa Barton- Pretty, but plain.
Lucy Liu- Loved it! The cut and color were sensational, and it was fashion forward without being too much. <3
Christina Ricci- Pretty. Safe. Simple. What the hell happened to her face though???

Kirsten Dunst- Shapeless. Ugly. Bed sheet?
Cameron Diaz- The jewelry kills it for me completely. The set is too matchy, and while some may call it fashion forward, I think it clashes so much with the dress that it's just distracting and ugly. The dress almost works for me though. Almost. It's kind of prom-y.
Scarlet Johansson- I hate this.Her hair. Her dress. The color of the dress. It's also too informal for the occassion. BOO!
Molly Sims- Ick for the redo. Charlize wore that shit in a better color last year, and I didn't like it then!
Angie Harmon- WTF is that? It looks like someone vomited foil and dressed her in it.
Juliette Lewis- Too busy, too much, tooo....
Undecided?
Lindsey Lohan- Almost. The dress is a bit too..aging perhaps? I would have liked to see her in something more youthful and fresh, or colorful at least. This would be great for someone over 30.
Ashley Olsen- The patent leather belt killed it for me. She was so close!
Jessica Simpson- So she brought the girls out..I don't really get the problem with that. I think she looks alright, a bit over the top somehow, but not bad by any means. It's a little Dolly Parton for me, and she's too orange.
Cate Blanchett- As usual, I'm undecided on Cate Blancehtt. For one, she's gaunt as hell. For another, her dress is so....gold...I'd usually put this in the "ick," but somehow she always almost pulls off even the most out there stuff so...
Jennifer Connelly- Meh. Not formal enough.
Liv Tyler- She's such a pretty girl. Why did she kill it with all that hideous makeup? The dress is okay though..
Claudia Schiffer- *Yawn*
Eva Mendes- Meh. Just didn't do it for me. Inoffensive, but not impressive.
Rose McGowan- *Yawn*
Giselle- That is a damn boring dress. I think she could have bought that dress at Forever 21 or Sears or something. Have people forgotten what this event is?
Hillary Swank- *Yawn*
Salma Hayek- She herself looked glowy and pretty, but the dress was a bit blah. I've seen other mommies- to- be do it better, a la Gwyneth or Heidi or Gwen.
Naomi Watts- See above.
