plans and such Yesterday: Bfast: salmon pattie and v8=200 Lunch: veggie licious salad w/ some chick peas O& V=200 Snack: banana=100 Bvg: v8=70 Snack: low fat string cheese=60 Dinner: low fat grilled chicken sandwhich from Subway with all the veggies, mustard, no cheese, on wheat- I went for the foot long so I'd have enough calories for the day.=600 Total:1230 Two liters of water
Today I'm being just as good. I have to have the flattest tummy (possible) in the world tomorrow. Bfast: 1 egg and diet toast Lunch: salmon pattie, peas and carrots, v8 Snack: hopefully I'll be able to pick up a piece of fruit while shopping Snack: low fat string cheese Dinnner: meat and veggies- maybe a stir fry. Goal: THREE liters of water
Lately I've been all about bananas, which is weird since they have so many carbs, but I think the potassium and vitamins and what not provides a nice boost. Plus, I'm all about the fiber. That and V8 and salmon patties. My skin looks beyond fabulous, even better than with just the fish oil supps, which I'm still taking.
I did upper body weights today, about ten or fifteen minutes in total. It's the lack of exercise that is kiiiiillllling me and keeping me fat. I have to kickstart my metabolism. I'm lucky I haven't gained with those two wine fueled, fancy food dinners I had this week to be honest; I guess I can be happy about that, but it's not enough.
I'm just too tired to wake up early enough, and I can't go to bed earlier because I have class until nine! Maybe more iron...I don't know. I think it's the PMS tiredness that's coming on to be honest. Still, I'm going to workout this weekend, and I'm going to up the iron, and I'm going to be way better next week since there won't be all that company and such.
Tomorrow is the party. I plan on eating berry shake for bfast, a string cheese before the gym, and a veggie burger before the party, and that's it ALL DAY. I have to look fab in that damn dress. Plus, I'm going to the gym to burn those pesky calories off since I know I'll be drinking a TON.
Water, water, water, water, water. I wish water could fix everything!
Okay, it is so time to leave work.
