Bfast: 2 slices diet toast w/ a teensy bit of whipped cream cheese and wild lox
Lunch: banana
Snack: V8, veggie pattie w/o bread
Dinner: healthy nachos- grilled skinless chicken breast, low fat cheese, black beans, green bell peppers, onions, salsa, low fat sour cream, and baked chips w/o trans fats
Yesterday:
Bfast: bangers and eggs! <3 my fave diner (also had a tiny bit of hashbrowns and whole wheat toast)
Lunch: banana
Dinner: 1 grilled chicken breast, 1 chicken thigh (both skinless of course), and homemade brown rice pilaf w/ lentils, peas, and mushrooms
I kinda skimped after bfast yestday for obvious reasons.
Exciting! I'm actually doing well on weekend for once! This is so good. I feel confident that this is the breakthrough that I need. I only drank once all weekend, which means I stuck to my 2 nights a week rule, which is awesome.
I'm feeling a bit better too. I think today I'll slowly start reincorporating exercise.
Hurray! I'm actually feeling pretty positive today, and of course I'm totally thinking up what I want my plan to be for the coming week...something good. Chances are, it will be pretty similar to other plans, but still.
All this salmon has my skin looking FLAWLESS!!
Now, we're off to the mall...
After the mall, I'll put a soup on for the week and study, study, study for tomorrow's midterm.
