*Whew* I'm an idiot. In changing my password, I almost picked one so secure, I couldn't even remember it. EEK! This would have been especially bad since the email address I use for my blurty account is no longer active. This weekend was lovely. Yesterday I cleaned like a woman possessed,and the apartment looks great. Had the parents over for a nice Italian dinner, and since I went to the gym (!!!), I actually burned off all the chianti I drank 0 : ). Love the elliptical!! I had such a great workout yesterday. Class starts today, and I don't want to go.*sigh* I hope we let out early. *crosses fingers* Today we move offices. *double sigh* Don't know how much I'll be online today due to the move, but I'll try and update as time permits. Time for a quick pilates dvd.

panic, confusion, and hope WTF???
There is something seriously off.
My scale says I weigh SIXTEEN pounds less than my doctor's scale said.
WTF??
I just tested my scale by putting a ten pound weight on it, and it said it weighed 12.2 pounds, so if anything, my scale is on the heavy side.
Maybe I didn't actually gain *weight*, maybe I just lost muscle mass, gained fat, and gained size since I'm technically the same weight??? This would kind of make sense since my clothes still fit, but don't fit as perfectly as I'd like..
Maybe the doctor's scale was really, really wrong?
Maybe I just magically lost seventeen pounds?
Help?

Plan for the week. Today's plan: about 1250 cals since yesterday was about 1700, which isn't bad for dinner with the fam. Today I did pilates for 20 minutes, and since there was no need for me to be at work early because of the move, I got to sneak a 40 minute walk in, making a total of 1 hour of walking. Yesterday I did the elliptical for 35 mins/5 miles. Tomorrow I'll do Core Secrets, and on Wednesday I'll go to the gym and do 20-35 mins on the the elliptical and do some weights too. Thursday is off. Friday I'm doing 35 mins on the elliptical plus running 1 mile on the treadmill. Saturday is off/pilates/yoga, and Sunday is elliptical + abs. Cals will be 1200-1600, hopefully with 1200-1400 on light workout days and 1600 on heavy workout days. I am so confused about that scale weigh in. Current Mood: confused | | 12:02p |
