    Workout at home- 30 mins of weights and pilates.
    Yesterday's Intake w/ damnable unexpected drinks and cake: 1800 ARGH!

    Today's exericse plan:
    Walking- 40 mins, work related.
    Walking-30 mins after work.
    Pilates-40 mins.

    Intake plan:
    Bfast: lf sf yogurt
    Lunch:veggie pattie w/ veg chilli
    Snack:orange
    Snack: lf string cheese
    Dinner: skinless chicken breast, 1 cup Barilla Plus pasta w/ tomato sauce
    Bvgs: NO ALCOHOL, 3 liters of water, coffee, green & white tea, diet tea
    Cals: 1201, Protein: 140 g, Carbs: 120g, Fat: 21g, Fiber: 26 g
    All nutritional needs are met.
