    More on The Plan
    Alright...
    So, I will go to the gym W,F, Su. I will do workout dvds 2-3x a week. Plus, I'm still walking to and from work every day, and I'm trying to walk break for at least 15-20 mins every day as well, which makes about 40 mins of walking five days a week.

    M- Off (Class)
    T- Yoga/Pilates/Core Secrets dvd 20-40 mins
    W- Cardio 1hr.
    Th- Off (Class)
    F- Cardio 1/2 hr, weights 1/2 hr
    S- Pilates dvd 20-40 mins
    Su- Either cardio 1 hr, or cardio 1/2 hr & weights 1/2 hr.

    I'm going to use Fit Day EVERY Day, and I'm going to enter and plan everything. Calories must be between 1200-1600, 5 servings FV a day, adequate protein, adequate nutrition, aiming for 60% protein/20% fat/20% carbs, with the carbs being whole grains, fruit, veggies, or beans. No more than three 1600 days a week (these days are to allow for drinks, pizza when D wants it, dinners out, holidays, etc..and hopefully it will be more like two such days in a week). I also want to try to have fish once a week and soup once a week.

    Fit Day is awesome. I can't believe I eat so much protein, and who knew I was eating so much fiber? In today's plan I have:
    1285 cals, 27 g fat (20%), 86 g carbs (19%), 29 g fiber, and 183 g protein (61%)

    PMS is so lame. I'm so bloated I could die. 2 liters of water and some green & white decaf tea STAT!

    I'm already 1 liter down!

    This is mostly true. I definitely help other people to solve their problems, and it makes me feel good to help others. I don't generally tell people in my life about my own dilemmas though. All the clothing stuff is true. Regarding relationships, I definitely hold back unless I feel safe, so I guess that's true too!

    The to do list
    Things to do today:
    1. Tweeze eyebrows, which have gotten out of control.
    2. Home pedicure! STAT!
    3. Pay stuff off! Wahoo!!
    4. Go for walk outside.
    5. Do time sheets.
    6. Workout
    7. Make food for Jen (just had a baby..TEN POUNDS!) and bring food over.
    8. Drink 2 liters of water before leaving work.
