<3 Saturdays... Today is good so far..
A nice, lazy Saturday.
Bfast: egg white & LF cheese omlette w/ one slice diet toast
Bvg: coffee
Lunch: 1/2 mini whole wheat bagel w/ whipped cream cheese & blackberry jam + 1 veggie pattie w/o bread
Snack: v8
Snack: NF yogurt
Dinner: ?
For exercise, I did Core Secrets Full Body Challenge (40mins)
Yesterday I did a bunch of upper body weights, walked about a mile, and did crunches on my stability ball.
Yesterday's intake:
Bfast: none (oops)
Lunch: nf yogurt, strawberry, Splenda, and multivitamin pack shake
Snack: a few veggie chik nuggets
Bvg: v8
Dinner:salad, 1 pc tilapia, spinach, white rice, and black beans
Bvg: a few glasses of wine...
Dessert: sugared strawberries and a mini sponge cake w/o whipped cream
Tomorrow I'm either going to go to the gym, do pilates, or do yoga.
I'm really going to up the exercise...I'm thinking that will be the key to speeding up my weight loss.
That and WAY more water. I don't know why I'm just not thirsty. Argh....
