Yesterday: Bfast: Pria bar=110 cals/ 6g protein Lunch: Veggie burger on diet bread=170 cals/12 g protein Snack: LF string cheese=60 cals/9 g protein Dinner: Baked, skinless chicken tenders & baked potato w/ a few tablespoons of veggie chilli and ff sour cream=400 cals/25 g protein? Total:740cals/52 g protein, plus I had all the vitamins and all that jazz. I think I only got 80% of my calcium though. : /
Then...we went to my friend's house, and I had a few drinks, which sucks. It broke the number one rule, but there was no getting out of it. The boy basically started throwing a fit. I started whining, and it just didn't work. Gr. Luckily my intake was low and healthy.
Blah. I feel tired today.
So far: Bfast: 1 egg and diet toast=100

I...am so not interested in doing anything even mildly school related right now. At all. I am so done on it. but my watch is looser, and these jeans (Gap size 2) are falling off.
