yesterday + plan Gah. I was a little too focused on eating yesterday, and I ate too much, but it was all healthy stuff (low fat string cheese and a plain veggie pattie, sans bread), and I probably really needed the protein and the protein anyways. Plus I was totally blazed, so there really wasn't any stopping it.
I do feel like a pig though. *oink*
Bleh. I hate my period. It makes me tired and kind of grumpy. Hrmph. Better than the alternative though I suppose. ; )
Today's plan: Bfast: scrambled eggwhites+ diet toast=75/6 g protein Lunch: veggie burger w/ diet bread=170/10g protein Dinner: tofu and veggie stir fry=400 /20 g protein
Plus b vitamins, multi vitamin, and fish oil, 2 liters of water, and tea.
D wants to go to happy hour with some people from his old school program, and I do not. I'm so sick of drinking in general. I'm sick of aquaintences. I don't know if that makes sense. I just find them unfulfilling, and sometims I'm just not interested in drinking and making effortful conversation. It lacks richness. With friends, it's never difficult.
The other day I found my pointe shoes when I was going through my family's stuff from the move. It was such a throw back. Believe it or not, I can still wear them, and more unbelievable, I can still walk in them!
I can't wait for my party clothes to come!!
