Goals above all I'm barely eating anything today. The plan: Bfast: 1 piece dry diet toast+ vitamin+fo=55 Lunch: NF yogurt or pria=110 or 100 Dinner: either veggie burger on diet bread + LF string cheese or a low cal subway sandwhich so 250 or 320 plus vitamin and fo. Total=between 400 and 490
I don't care if it's a crash. Yesterday for dinner D ordered pizza, and while I barely ate anything else all day, I feel the need to make up for it, otherwise I'll never meet my goals, and I'm sick and tired of not meeting them because of my desire to make other people happy.
Also, since I just had to excuse myself twice at a meeting for coughing fits, I'm going to make the most of it and leave work early...so I'll be able to go for a nice long walk, do some pilates, and go to the mall : )
