The return of Billy Blanks! Yesterday was pretty good over all, exercise-wise especially.
I left early to go for a long walk, but it was raining like crazy, but I was determined to burn some calories, so I dusted off my old tae bo dvd. Remember tae bo?? True it has a sweaty, spandex-clad Billy Blanks yelling at you from your tv screen, but it's also a damn good workout! In 30 mins, I got a seriously good workout! My back and shoulders are even a little bit sore, which is good. If I'm sore, I feel like I've done something appreciable. I'll have to start working the tae bo back in my workouts...it's fun to have a little variety.
I was super proud of myself for working out despite the rain.
Intake was alright too, especially considering that we had company last night.
Yesterday's intake:
Bfast: NF yogurt=100
Lunch: Pria bar CN=170
Snack: LF string cheese=60
Dinner: chicken and veggie stir fry=350
Snack: cheese and crackers=200
Drink=200
Total=1080
That's kinda high, but yesterday was supposed to be my high calorie day, and I did workout for an hour, so I'm not going to beat myself up about it.
I actually feel almost skinny today, and I'm in a pretty good mood too : )
