Must...have...coffee. So here's my detailed intake from yesterday.... Intake: Bfast: NF yogurt+ mega B=100 Lunch: veggie pattie (no bread) and a small cup of peas+ multi=130 Snack: pria bar=110 Dinner: veggie burger on diet bread + light mac and cheese+ mega B=400 2 liters of water, 2 cups of coffee, 1 decaf green tea, 2 fish oil supps=20
Today's plan: Bfast:NF yogurt=100 Lunch:veggie pattie on diet bread=170 Snack: LF string cheese=60 Dinner: 1 LF chkn breast, a little whole wheat pasta, and a large side of broccoli=450 Plus all the vitamins, supplements, and 0 cal beverages=20 Total=800
I'm so psyched I did pilates today! When I get home tonight I'm going to do some squats, calf raises, and sit ups on the ball, and tomorrow will be a cardio day at the gym. In order to combat this weekend, my calories will stay below 800 every day except tomorrow, when they're allowed to go up to 900 if I have an awesome cardio workout.
I feel like I'm on the semester count down. After today's presentation, I have: 1. My marketing plan 2. My final org behavior paper 3. My final presentation in operations management 4. My operations management final And then....I'm done. SOOO close. Then I will have NO class for over a month, which means tons of time to go to the gym!!
