    It's working, but I still feel fat, but I know I'm not. It's the strangest thing...My spine's popping out the bottom part of my back now..

    When I bought a watch the other day, I was talking about how I need to have several links removed, and one of my coworkers actually seemed somewhat disturbed by the size of my wrists; she made a really big deal of it, and it was kind of embarassing. They're child-like in their smallness.

    My size 2 jeans are loose now, even right after washing and drying them completely.

    This is of course ridiculous. I haven't even stepped on a scale in weeks because I'm so terrified to find out what I weigh...I've got to be huge. I find it hard to believe that someone could be losing weight eating as much as I eat every day, which is usually around 800 on a good day, 1000 on an acceptable day, and as much as 1100 or even 1200 on a really bad day. Mathematically, if what people say is true, this is too little to eat, but I couldn't eat over that if I tried.

    Dinners for the week:
    Yesterday: Low fat veggie lasagne
    Tuesday: veggie burger w/ diet bread and homemade split pea soup
    Wednesday: chicken and veggie stir fry, no rice
    Thursday: eggwhite quiche/ Dinner salad if we go out
    Friday: Chicken breast and baked sweet potato
    Saturday: homemade black bean soup and low carb/LF cheese mini wrap
    Sunday: chicken with beans, LF cheese, tomatoes, and whole wheat pasta

    This is the dinner plan. Lots of veggies, lots of fiber, lots of protein, lots of calcium (some days), and fairly low cal.

    My bday is coming soon, and I already know what I got. D and I are so funny. We get each other presents, and we almost always end up telling the other one what it is waaay before the actual holiday. *rolls eyes* lol...

    So I got a Treo 600 phone, which....has a camera! So this means I can finally take pictures of things and post them!
    I also got a new watch : )
    I also got myself a present. Since my bday is on election day and I work for the government, I automatically get the day off, so I scheduled an hour long massage for myself. Go me!!

    I'll also get to chose wherever I want to go for dinner, which is fun. I LOVE my birthday. I swear I'm five years old. I tell everyone about it. Heheheee!!

    I've been doing really well with my vitamins lately, which is always good, but I have to admit I'm not doing so well with the water lately...when it starts to get cold out, I never drink enough water, so I think I'm going to have to start heating it or something to drink enough...ideas?

    Lunch: 2 eggs & diet toast w/ multi=170/14 g p
    Planned:
    Snack: LF string cheese=60/9g p
    Dinner: veggie burger on diet bread & homemade split pea soup=400/30 g p
    Snack: 1/ 2 baked banana=40
    Total:830 and 59 grams of protein

    I want to go to sleep, and I don't want to go to class! Taking three grad classes and working full time was a horribly stupid idea. I just feel bogged down, and I don't really like it at all. It just...cuts into my time too much. I miss going to the gym; seriously, it was one of my main stress relievers, and I find myself kind of lost without it.

    One hour of reading, and then a break and an hour and a half on the annual report...that and a cup of hot mandarin orange decaf green tea. I live for the stuff : )
