Yesterday wasn't too bad. I was so tired to begin with I never thought I would make it through the day. I was actually sore, which was a good sign as far as Sunday's work out goes!
Yesterday's intake wasn't bad:
Bfast: pria bar=110
Lunch: vegge burger on diet bread w/ let& tom+mega B=170
Snack: LF string cheese=60
Dinner: 1 grilled chk breast, a little whole wheat stuffing, and peas+mega B=450
Snack: LF string cheese=60
Total= 850 : )
Actually that's better than I thought, which is always good!
Today's plan:
Bfast: NF yogurt+mega B=100
Lunch: veg burger on diet bread w/ L&T+ multi=170
Snack: LF string cheese=60
Dinner: either an eggwhite quiche, falafel, or whole wheat pasta, veggies, and chkn+mega B=400
Snack: 1/2 banana=50

rice face wash. It's AMAZING, and it lasts forever. It seriously polishes your face; my skin absolutely glows after I use it. I also got
these...They look so fantastic on! Ohhh, and I got this
lip stain. It got me free shipping,AND it was on sale. Plus I love how Sephora gives samples and gift wraps for free, and yes....I totally have them wrap up my makeup as my present to myself...I'm such a dork.
My nails actually look healthier.
I think I notice a difference with all the vitamins and fish oil I've been taking!
Lately though I feel like I can't drink enough water. I definitely drink a bit over two liters of water a day, plus decaf teas and such, but I'm still dehydrated.
I have two meetings today, and of course...class.
The iPod's shuffle mode is really doing well today!
