    Yesterday was a good day at the gym! I did a great cardio session, and I finished up with more abs. One can never do too much in the ab department.

    I'm seriously sick of this rain, but I think it's supposed to rain until Sunday...

    Hope all my Jewish friends in Blurty land have an easy fast!

    I actually had a really good conversation on the phone with my mom yesterday; I think we're finally moving into the "adult" phase of the parent-child relationship, and I'm kind of looking forward to it....D's parents might be moving up here. Living near both sets of parents will certainly be interesting...

    I feel so bad for all the people in Pakistan. Alot of people said that they wouldn't give to Pakistan for political reasons, but I don't think there's any room for political morals when it comes to that kind of human suffering. I gave anyways.

    I'm wearing the 00s. I swear these pants give me a rush. lol...

    Yesterday:
    Bfast: NF yogurt=100
    Lunch: squash soup=150
    Snack: pria bar=110
    Dinner: a small bowl of gnocci in red sauce with soy crumbles+ small bowl of beans and greens (recipe below)=500
    Total=860

    Sautee garlic in a small amount of olive oil, and add one can of drained cannelini beans and a package of thawed and drained chopped spinach. Season with white pepper, basil, salt, a little bit of parmesan or reggiano cheese, and a little bit more garlic to taste. Cook for a few minutes and remove from heat while spinach is still bright green. This stuff is high fiber, high protein, high in vitamins, fairly low in calories, and if you remove the cheese it's completely vegan....mmm...

    I'm so dragging ass right now.

    I am going to get through today and do nothing for the rest of the day except make soup, do my nails, watch old movies, and exercise.

    *Slumps*

    Anyhow, today's food plan:
    Bfast: 1 egg on diet toast=100
    Lunch: 1 small bowl of v.soup+ veg pattie w/o bread=170
    Snack: 1 LF string cheese=60
    Dinner: chicken & veggie stir fry=400
    Snack: 1 NF yogurt=100
    Total=830

    Tomorrow's plan:
    Bfast: 1 NF yogurt=100
    Lunch: veggie burger=170
    Snack: pria bar=110
    Dinner: small bowl of black bean soup + small low cal cheese quesadilla (wh. wheat/low carb wrap+veggies + LF cheese)=450
    Total=830

    Wahoo! Looks like my boss won't be around tomorrow for me to turn my project in...this is very fantastic : )

    I think I need some mint tea for a pick-me up!

    I'm SO jazzed. A biological sister couldn't be any closer. We've been best friends since like 9th grade, and I was so afraid she wouldn't be able to be in my wedding bc she was supposed to be deployed during my wedding, and now she's not, and she said yes!!!!
