Yesterday was kinda crappy as far as food goes, but I'm going to chalk that up to eating for my health since I've been feeling like crap for a week or so.
Bfast: 1 egg and diet toast+ mega B=100 Lunch: 1 vb w/ diet toast+ o3s=180 Snack: 1 piece diet toast+ multi=35 Dinner: 1 1/2 healthy wraps (spinach, lettuce, tomatoe, mushrooms, LF cheese, a little skinless chicken, avocado in whole wheat/high fiber/high protein/ low cal/healthy fat wraps)+ mega B=500 Snack (damn the pressure): 1 beer=135 Total: 950
Liquids: 2 liters of water + a few random glasses, 1 cup white tea, 1 cup decaf raspb. green tea, 1 cup of coffee, 1 beer
We did finally go to the store, and I lost in the beer aisle. No light beers. Argh! I did end up doing a weight workout/abs at home though, so I feel pretty good about that. At leat now we have tons of healthy food : )
Today: Bfast: 1 NF yogurt=100+ mega B Snack: 1/2 small oat muffin= 150? Lunch: (must make up for muffin) salad=150+multi Snack: 1 LF string cheese=60+ calc Dinner: eggwhite quiche=400+ mega B+ f oil Total: 860
Here's the recipe for the quiche. It's really tasty, and it's high in protein and low in fat! It's pretty flexible too as far as what cheese or vegetable you put in. It's pretty tasty hot or cold, and it keeps well. You can even freeze it : ) 1 pie crust, unbaked 1/4 cup onion, finely diced 1/2 cup LF or NF mayo 1/2 cup skim milk 1 cup egg substitute or 4 eggs 8 oz LF cheese ( I like LF cheddar or even LF ricotta/mozz) 1 (10oz) package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry. I often substitute broccoli, and sometimes I add sauteed mushrooms. Whatever you add, make sure it's dry, or the quiche consistency can end up too watery.
Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a cookie sheet with foil. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and milk until smooth. Whisk in eggs. Layer spinach, cheese, and onion in pie shell, making several layers of each. Pour in egg mixture. Place quiche on prepared cookie sheet. Cover quiche with foil. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove cover, and bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until top is golden brown and filling is set.

I have paid all my credit cards off in full!! Omg, I think I need a cigarette. I'm freeeeeeeeeee! Oh, and apparently I'm a gigantic Nerd. Pure Nerd 82 % Nerd, 21% Geek, 21% Dork | For The Record:
A Nerd is someone who is passionate about learning/being smart/academia.
A Geek is someone who is passionate about some particular area or subject, often an obscure or difficult one.
A Dork is someone who has difficulty with common social expectations/interactions.
You scored better than half in Nerd, earning you the title of: Pure Nerd.
The times, they are a-changing. It used to be that being exceptionally smart led to being unpopular, which would ultimately lead to picking up all of the traits and tendences associated with the "dork." No-longer. Being smart isn't as socially crippling as it once was, and even more so as you get older: eventually being a Pure Nerd will likely be replaced with the following label: Purely Successful.
Congratulations!
Also, you might want to check out some of my other tests if you're interested in any of the following:

Thanks Again! -- THE NERD? GEEK? OR DORK? TEST | | My test tracked 3 variables How you compared to other people your age and gender: | You scored higher than 94% on nerdiness | | You scored higher than 20% on geekosity | | You scored higher than 23% on dork points |
| Totally stolen from Mercury Rising. This quiz should have asked more questions. Then it would have said that I'm a rebellious, fashionable nerd. *shrugs* Current Mood: ProcrastinatingCurrent Music: Wu-Tang Clan | | 4:28p |
Taking three classes and working full time was a silly, stupid idea. It just made me realize how much I value my free time! It also made me totally anti-school. Bleh. It's almost Friday! Wahoo! I'm super-duper excited. Super dooper? Duper? Dewper?\ I might have a dinner party on Saturday..not sure, but thinking about it. I want to have some serious fun this weekend, especially since I was disgustingly ill all this past weekend. Stuff to do this weekend: One pilates session One 30 min walk One gym visit Fall cleaning! So much reading Home pedi Call one friend Worlds' largest garage saleMake one soup for the week Make one sauce Sleep, alot Possible dinner party? My throat is sore. I'm not sure if it's from all the dry air and the season change or if I'm getting sick again. I'd better not be getting sick! I feel like I get sick less often than other people do since I exercise and eat healthy foods and take a zillion vitamins, but I feel like when I do get sick, it takes me longer to recover than it did when I ate like a normal person. I'd rather be thin though. No contest. Current Mood: Sore throat-edCurrent Music: Sonic Youth, Screaming Skull |
