Finally starting to feel better I think.
I got TWO skinny props yesterday : )
Yesterday's intake:
Bfast: NF yogurt=100
Lunch: veg pattie (no bun) +NF yogurt=200
Dinner: whole wheat pasta w/ red sauce & broccoli=400
Total: 700!
Today's plan:
Bfast:1 egg and diet toast=100
Lunch: veggie burger (yawn)or veg chic pattie (no bun & broccoli)=170
Dinner: Maybe fish?
Liquid count so far: 4/5 liter of water, 1 white tea, about to have 1 coffee
If I'm feeling up to it, I may try to go to the gym. I definitely need to go grocery shopping and get some more healthy stuff. I'm feeling kind of lost without my LF string cheese, and now I'm also out of fruit and yogurt, which is very, very bad.
I've decided that one of the reasons being sick makes me eat less is because I'm exhausted and I go to bed way earlier, which means I don't eat my final snack, which is usually about 100 cals. So I'm thinking I'm going to start going to bed earlier, say around 10-10:30. This should make me eat less, and once I'm completely better maybe I'll even have the energy to get up earlier and do a mini workout every morning again. Plus, sleep is good for you, and supposedly lack of sleep makes you fat.
