    Finally starting to feel better I think.

    I got TWO skinny props yesterday : )

    Yesterday's intake:
    Bfast: NF yogurt=100
    Lunch: veg pattie (no bun) +NF yogurt=200
    Dinner: whole wheat pasta w/ red sauce & broccoli=400
    Total: 700!

    Today's plan:
    Bfast:1 egg and diet toast=100
    Lunch: veggie burger (yawn)or veg chic pattie (no bun & broccoli)=170
    Dinner: Maybe fish?

    Liquid count so far: 4/5 liter of water, 1 white tea, about to have 1 coffee

    If I'm feeling up to it, I may try to go to the gym. I definitely need to go grocery shopping and get some more healthy stuff. I'm feeling kind of lost without my LF string cheese, and now I'm also out of fruit and yogurt, which is very, very bad.

    I've decided that one of the reasons being sick makes me eat less is because I'm exhausted and I go to bed way earlier, which means I don't eat my final snack, which is usually about 100 cals. So I'm thinking I'm going to start going to bed earlier, say around 10-10:30. This should make me eat less, and once I'm completely better maybe I'll even have the energy to get up earlier and do a mini workout every morning again. Plus, sleep is good for you, and supposedly lack of sleep makes you fat.

    I also got my new vitamins. I like these because they have just enough of all the main vitamins, including iron, B complex, D, and roughly half of my calcium. Also, they don't have excess vitamin A, and most of it is from beta carotene....I don't know. I think the iron won't be that well absorbed since it's in a pill with like 450 mgs of calcium, but I figure even if I only absorb half, it's more than I might get otherwise. I also got my fish oil supps! I love www.drugstore.com. It's got pretty good prices, and I almost never end up having to pay for shipping, which is fantastic.

    So now I take my hair vitamin (has mega B vitamins and a few other things) at bfast and dinner, and I can take my calcium at lunch, and I can take my omega 3 with a snack. I try to take my mega iron pill at least twice a week.

    It's insane how many pills I take, but if it keeps me healthy, I guess that's all that matters.
