    I've been hitting the green and white tea hardcore today..Airborn supps too. I've got to get healthy so I can start restricting harder and exercising more so I can meet my goal!

    I bought a new vitamin and some fish oil caps as well. I think my diet's been a little low on the healthy fats, so it's probably a good idea. Besides, I think the caps are more calorie efficient. Each is only 10 cals, so for about 30 cals I can be sure I'm getting all the healthy fats I need, without worrying if I'm eating too much, which is often the case with nuts, avocados, and salmon...Plus, the fish oil is more pure and free of pcbs and mercury than fish generally is due to the purification and refining process. It's probably a good idea. They say getting enough omega 3s is key to sustained weight loss, healthy skin, hair, and nails, and good moods! Apparently low dietary fat levels are linked to depression and pms, so hopefully this will yield good results. I threw in some makeup too, just for good measure.

    I feel a little better since I got so much sleep last night. I went to bed at 9:30 which is beyond unheard of for me. I don't even know how I'm going to make it through work and school today, I really don't, but I'm going to do it!
