Yesterday:
Bfast: 1 nf yogurt=100
Lunch: split pea soup
Dinner: SUSHI! I ate about two rolls....I have no idea how many cals is in that..Any ideas?
Not that it matters. I can't say no to sushi, especially when I'm not paying...
I went to the doc bc I felt sick yesterday, so I didn't make it to the gym. I just felt too yuck.
Today:
Bfast: 1 slice diet toast=35
Lunch: maybe a veggie burger=170
Snack:LF string cheese=60
Dinner: eggwhite quiche or whole wheat pasta something.
I feel like a cow today. I think I need to down more water....
I'm going to try to be super productive today so I can go home early. I think all the stress and busy-ness have just really worn me down lately. I'm thinking it's time for some
white tea. This stuff is seriously amazing, especially the peach and the pear. Mmmmm...
